He appeared in the census in 1881 in Holborn, Middlesex, England. In 1881 he was resident in Charles Street 15, Holborn, Middlesex, England.

Sophia Frances GREEN and Richard COLEMAN had the following children:

Selina HAYHURST , daughter of John HAYHURST (1822- ) and Elizabeth KING (1819- ), was born in 1850 in Holborn. She appeared in the census in 1851 in Shoreditch, Middlesex, England. 3. Sophia Frances Mary COLEMAN , daughter of Richard COLEMAN and Sophia Frances GREEN, was born on 21 September 1866 in Holborn. She was christened on 4 November 1866 in St Andrew.
