As this is the 1841 census it does not show relationships so I don't know at this point if Thomas is her father or husband. Harriet is shown as Daughter in the 1851 census when Elizabeth is married to Thomas Snow

 

When elizabeth dies in 1878 her given age was 66 which wouuld make her year of birth 1812.
